Our founder, Tracie Dominguez, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant, retired U.S. Army Major, and experienced home care agency owner. Her background gives her a unique perspective in cases where medical care, non-medical caregiving, home-based support, and agency responsibility overlap.
Tracie assists attorneys and legal teams by reviewing records, analyzing timelines, identifying scope-of-practice issues, evaluating standards of care, and explaining complex healthcare facts in a clear and organized manner. Her experience includes post-acute clinical care, skilled nursing facility rounding, home care agency operations, caregiver oversight, documentation review, and interdisciplinary coordination.
